Needs To Do Community Service
Dear Guidance Guy,
I have to do community service and I was planning on doing it over spring break but I don't have my working papers. When I get it, what if no one has jobs for me? What do I do?Sincerely,

"Heartbroken" is a pretty strong way to describe someone who may have a hard time working over vacation. Cheer up!
I don't believe you need working papers to get community service or volunteer work. In most places you have to be 14 years old, but that depends on the agency. Usually hospitals or nursing homes are looking for students to do community service. And they usually have volunteer offices. Try some of the places near you. You can also try churches, as they often look for volunteers.
