Fighting Friends
Dear Guidance Guy,
My best guy friend and I are fighting a lot. We got into this really big fight and now nothing is the same between us. It worries me because I'm not sure if things will ever be alright between us. I really need your help. I dont want to lose him!
Worried Friend

Dear Worried,
Maybe the best thing would be to try and see things from each other's point of view. If you fought about something that was importan to each of you, you can imagine why he feel the way he does. Let him know you understand why he feels the way he does. He might be willing to look at things from your side.
If you are fighting about little stuff, it may be the friendship is changing. Maybe you are growing in different directions. Maybe this friendship wasn't meant to last much longer. That's OK because it gives both of you a chance to find new people and move onto the next part of your lives.
Or maybe it's a chance to talk things through and become even closer! No matter what happens, it's normal. You'll be OK...and so will he.
Best of Luck,
The Guidance Guy
