Older Guy, Younger Girl
Dear Guidance Guy,
There's this guy who I really like but he is way older than I am and is really mature. I don't even think he notices me or even knows me. What do I do?

Dear Younger,
Some of this depends on how old you are and how old he is. It may just be you don't have very much in common. The timing may not be right for a relationship between the two of you...if that's what you want.
All you have to do is be yourself. There's is nothing cooler than someone who is confident enough to just be him or herself. If you'll ever get this guy to notice you, that will be how. And if he doesn't, someone else great will!
